Unjustified dismissal !!!

When a person has been served, has been sacrificed and have given the best to them, but why the dismissal is received. That's the synopsis of the life of a human that sometimes never came to himself. Each individual must have a reason to make a decision, the problem is every reason what become they have taken to give a reason for every mistake who get detected their eyes. Subjective assessment that should never, please learn to judge a person objectively, it is not because of my ass. 

Today is a lot of men who like to lick, lick to get something that was not their desire, they are more willing to be the pet of the preserve, they want to be the messenger rather than a decision mebuat useful and bring benefits. When we or our subordinates make mistakes and that we did the first time that a leader should not have fired us, especially if such a mistake we just made our own loss. Be different when it's often a mistake we did and hurt many people will be our actions are reasonable, we fired for it. 

This article is actually just a warning to all, will not be a problem if we do things according to what is actually done, not just command and the fear of the boss. Try for learn to be yourself, whether we be superiors and subordinates. Cooperation is only for the good not for evil. If we work together, submissive and obedient to the leaders who tell us to do right it is a must, but remember not necessarily true that all good. If such otherwise not followed, but we straighten, even if we just simply subordinates, a good leader it will always listen to his subordinates (the people).
