Forest and land fire is important issue in Indonesia, because it has many social, health, economic and environmental impacts. Analysis About Phenomenon of Forest and Land Gambut Fire in Riau Province is the goal for search solution of forest and land fire every years happening in Riau Province. The data use as input is data of forest and land Gambut fire at 2002 until the first 2008, of forest and land gambut fire at 2005 is the focus research. Data is explains the high of forest and land gambut fire because the less using of system technology information and comunication. With the advantage of software NOM from NOAA can be help goverment for detect hotspots at the distric and difficult locate is early. This software from NOAA giving the result capture and processing data from satellite is easy and complete. Advantage of system technology information and comunication is important to surpass of forest and land gambut fire in Riau Province.
